This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. After locking myself out of the house and calling another local locksmith who quoted me a 2 hour wait (on a Wednesday morning?) and higher rate I gratefully found Mr Locksmith. Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us. He was a gentleman and very professional. He opened the door within 10 seconds, and removed the lock mechanism so that my children (or other family members) do not accidentally lock it any more. Highly recommended.

I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment.
