First time using Michael Lee and it was a great experience from start to finish. He was accommodating with scheduling, provided sound advice and very professional. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and a very nice guy. He is my go to guy for any locksmith work in the future.

Michael Lee is very professional. Explained the dangers for Smart Key entry. Did a quick 10 seconds demonstration on how to break into my house. I was convinced to purchase a high end lock for both myself and brother. Very pleased with the service.

This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I emailed Michael at 11:45pm the night of the break in, and he replied 15 mins later. He came by the house at 9am the next day. He helped to re-secure the patio door where the thieves broke in, and added a couple more locks/hardware to reduce the risk of the patio door being compromised again. I put myself in a bad position when my key broke off in my door lock at my apartment, i figured my day was done and it’s going to be a bad day, as now i cannot leave. Michael was very nice and helpful. He came the next day after I called him to change locks on 4 doors and add a new heavy duty deadbolt on all 4 doors after one of my patio doors got broken into the day before. He was knowledgeable and I felt safe as I had to leave him to run a quick errand. He was fast and courteous as he even cleaned up after himself. 4 doors were done within a couple of hours with new deadbolts, wraparound plates and metal strike plates on all of them! Michael was very accommodating when we scheduled the appointment. He showed up early, which was great. Very friendly guy. He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.
