He came the next day after I called him to change locks on 4 doors and add a new heavy duty deadbolt on all 4 doors after one of my patio doors got broken into the day before. He was knowledgeable and I felt safe as I had to leave him to run a quick errand. Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time.
