Michael Lee is very professional. Explained the dangers for Smart Key entry. Did a quick 10 seconds demonstration on how to break into my house. I was convinced to purchase a high end lock for both myself and brother. Very pleased with the service.

Michael was very nice and helpful. He came the next day after I called him to change locks on 4 doors and add a new heavy duty deadbolt on all 4 doors after one of my patio doors got broken into the day before. After locking myself out of the house and calling another local locksmith who quoted me a 2 hour wait (on a Wednesday morning?) and higher rate I gratefully found Mr Locksmith.
