This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I emailed Michael at 11:45pm the night of the break in, and he replied 15 mins later. He came by the house at 9am the next day. I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Michael came over right away, during dinner time, without hesitation. He was very professional and explained to us how the lock was compromised. He showed us the difference between different grades of locks and explained which would be best. The lock we chose at his recommendation was higher quality but it was brushed nickel. Michael was very nice and helpful. He came the next day after I called him to change locks on 4 doors and add a new heavy duty deadbolt on all 4 doors after one of my patio doors got broken into the day before. He was knowledgeable and I felt safe as I had to leave him to run a quick errand.
