This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. I emailed Michael at 11:45pm the night of the break in, and he replied 15 mins later. He came by the house at 9am the next day. I contacted Michael with our server room door and shower room door locks in our office. I asked him to come in and quote it and he did so promptly. The price quoted was reasonable It was around the end of office hours when he came in, so he came to do the work the following morning. Again, he was very punctual. Michael was very accommodating when we scheduled the appointment. He showed up early, which was great. Very friendly guy. He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.

Mike is an excellent professional. He knew his stuff and helped us with an installation for our door lock. Well organized and very service oriented and is someone you can trust. I would call him again in a minute.

Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to. I would recommend him to others should the need arise.
