This is the 2nd time we’ve called Michael Lee to help us out. The most recent call was to help us replace our locks due to a break in. Michael Lee is very professional. Explained the dangers for Smart Key entry. Did a quick 10 seconds demonstration on how to break into my house. I was convinced to purchase a high end lock for both myself and brother. Very pleased with the service.

Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us. He was a gentleman and very professional. He opened the door within 10 seconds, and removed the lock mechanism so that my children (or other family members) do not accidentally lock it any more. Highly recommended.

I contacted Michael after an attempted break in at our apartment. Our door lock was destroyed and we were locked out of our apartment. Michael came over right away, during dinner time, without hesitation. He was very professional and explained to us how the lock was compromised. Mike is an excellent professional. He knew his stuff and helped us with an installation for our door lock. Well organized and very service oriented and is someone you can trust. I would call him again in a minute.

Michael was very accommodating when we scheduled the appointment. He showed up early, which was great. Very friendly guy. He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.
