I put myself in a bad position when my key broke off in my door lock at my apartment, i figured my day was done and it’s going to be a bad day, as now i cannot leave. Michael Lee is very professional. Explained the dangers for Smart Key entry. Did a quick 10 seconds demonstration on how to break into my house. I was convinced to purchase a high end lock for both myself and brother. Very pleased with the service.

Michael was very accommodating when we scheduled the appointment. He showed up early, which was great. Very friendly guy. He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.

Mr Michael did a great job for us too! My 5-year-old locked the master bedroom and the building manager did not have the key. I called Mr Locksmith Burnaby and Mr Michael came to help us. He was a gentleman and very professional. He opened the door within 10 seconds, and removed the lock mechanism so that my children (or other family members) do not accidentally lock it any more. Highly recommended.
