Michael was very accommodating when we scheduled the appointment. He showed up early, which was great. Very friendly guy. He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.

Had to call a locksmith given we had locked ourselves out of the house. Called and spoke with Michael. He was able to schedule his time to a time convenient to me. Arrived at the house on time. Was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and why. Basically ended up with a new door knob and lock. He cleaned up after himself. Michael is very professional but easy to talk to. Michael was very nice and helpful. He came the next day after I called him to change locks on 4 doors and add a new heavy duty deadbolt on all 4 doors after one of my patio doors got broken into the day before. He was knowledgeable and I felt safe as I had to leave him to run a quick errand.
