Michael was very accommodating when we scheduled the appointment. He showed up early, which was great. Very friendly guy. He even mentioned that my place is not his assigned area, but because I specifically asked for him, through the reviews in Yelp, that he came out to do the work. I definitely would recommend him.

I contacted Michael with our server room door and shower room door locks in our office. I asked him to come in and quote it and he did so promptly.
